Join us as we showcase how Florida SouthWestern State College built a mostly automated Veteran Deferment process by bridging our Banner/Oracle ERP with TeamDynamix (TDX) through iPaaS. What was once a manual, error-prone workflow has been transformed into a seamless system that dynamically pulls student data, routes requests, and applies deferments with accuracy and efficiency. This integration not only reduces staff workload but ensures that our veteran students receive timely support without delay.
