We are sending notice very early this year to give you, our most valued community, the opportunity to get the absolute best pricing on your attendance at Ellucian Live 2027! Registration will be opening the week of October 5th.
The Super Early Bird rate starts at $1,375. With the User Group Discount, you’ll save an additional 18% off the current registration rate (see rates below).
The reason we are providing this information so far ahead of time is that if you don’t use the code below when you register, you will miss the opportunity for the special pricing. To level the playing field for everyone, we will not accept these codes after you have completed your registration. No exceptions!
When you go to register you will be given the opportunity to enter this code into a field on the registration form.

Here is how it works!
- Create an account or log into an existing account at the link below.
- At the bottom of the Checkout Page, there will be box where you enter this code.
- This code is good for an individual package only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- You will be given the lowest rate possible in each pricing period:
- Until October 30th – $1130
- Until December 11th – $1,245
- Until February 5th – $1,395
- Until April 2nd – $1,495
- However, this must be submitted at the time of your registration.
- Absolutely no exceptions will be granted to apply the code after you have registered.
